Your 2013 Heisman Trophy Winner: Jameis Winston

According to ESPN, Jameis Winston, the star Florida State quarterback, will not be charged with any rape or sexual assault charges stemming from a December 2012 altercation. What does this mean? Winston pretty much wraps up the Heisman Trophy as the second red-shirt freshman in a row to win the award for Most Outstanding Player in College Football.

I still expect more to come on this story, but since he isn't being charged now, his Heisman trophy candidacy won't be affected. It was concluded that the woman accusing Winston had a BAC below the level of impairment in Florida and a second DNA sample other than Winston's was found from that night belonging to her boyfriend (which is really god damn strange to me). Anyways, Winston is 1/20 to win the Heisman so everyone throw $100 and go buy yourself a Big Mac.
